Fear of vomiting

I have a real problem is that I am afraid of vomit so I refrain from going out of the house fear of vomiting ... I feel very nauseous but I do not vomit .. when the state of vomiting or nausea I feel sweating with extreme fear and tension and my hands become cold until vomiting vomits this feeling What is the solution?

I used to have this fear too. Of course no one likes the feeling of nausea and vomiting. But I had a major illness that caused me to vomit numerous times daily so I guess like an exposure type thing—somehow it helped and now I still do t like it but I’m not nearly as fearful of it. Weird!!
