here is how i cope with my depression. write on agenda what your every personality made up of as a topic on one page for each one. here's how i mean..write belief on one page as a topic, your perception on another page as a topic... write every personality elements as a topic. and start writing what your beliefs are made up of under the belief topic, your perception under perception topic anytime you think. your fear...etc. you are getting to know yourself. it doesn't easily come to mind about yourself. but everytime you think of yourself start writing what you think and categorize them into the topics which will help you know yourself and take control over yourself. and you can change what you dont like..it will simplify your problems. our personality is a complex network of different elements. get together the different elements and start controlling them.. this will help.. don't get bored. it's not so complicated as it seems...and don't try to get it done in short time. it will bore you and thoughts don't come easily on your mind. give it time and start writing everyday.
doing so will help you control your self and know yourself better...
