I started Weight Watchers in March 2017. I lost 60 pounds and then in March 2018, I decided to take a break from it. My anxiety and depression left me feeling down and not happy with my lack of progress. Over the summer, I stopped working out and eating healthy. Two days ago, I joined Weight Watchers and I am finally feeling motivated again. I know I can stick with it and lose the rest of this weight.
