Still so scared

Alone for the first time since admitting having dark thoughts. My husband had to go to work... I'm leaving for work soon. I meet with Kaiser about the out patient program this afternoon...Do these thoughts stop? Will I get better? My whole body is shaking....

hey mel....listen....I have been where you are as many of us have...and sometimes we just need all the resources we can get to find something to break our dark thoughts...hang in there my friend....we are all right here....
