I am a girl of 16 years old, I'm struggling with OCD and I NEED to talk to someone for some advices..please that's so important!

OCD is common. What is not common is that those who have it do not know how to manage it. It is generally a coping mechanism for something deeper. For example I have a fear of germs, so I obsess over cleanliness and sterilization. Lol, sounds strange, but no at bad thing. Express your OCD issues here and we can all help.

Could you talk to your school counselor ? A good therapist or mental health professional will make a big difference. From what little I know dealing with OCD early on can help a lot. Are your parents supportive ? Lots of hugs and prayers.

Look into seeing a mental health therapist or psychologist that treats OCD. The OCD Foundation has a searchable list of providers that may be able to help you.
