Hello! Well, I would imagine that you need to see your Psychiatrist or therapist about that and request the test. No one here can diagnose you as anything. Only your doctor can do that! Wishing you the best!

Your doctor has the ability to do that. Only a doctor can diagnose you. You can google the DSM 5 criteria for GAD and see what fits. There isn’t a questionnaire that the DSM has for it. Some on line sites may have informal ones. Good luck! I hope you get the answers you are looking for.
