Any in-person support groups or programs that you have tried and found helpful for either anxiety, depression, and chronic pain? I am in an intensive outpatient program for mood disorders and a few names that have been brought up are DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) , NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), and EA (Emotions Anonymous). I would be especially interested in groups where there are young adults and college students like myself, but I can also appreciate the wisdom of adults who are older than myself.
