I’ve been depressed for most of the past year and have been fighting going to the gym and working out. But finally about two weeks ago I started going to the gym again and working out. I feel ten times better and am not nearly as depressed. My best suggestion to those of you out there who are depressed is to fight through the depression with physical activity. It has definitely been helping me.
