Hello Everyone,

I'm Emily. It's hard for me to explain myself but I am 25 years old and have struggled with depression from an early age. Maybe started during puberty. More recently anxiety has decided to rear it's ugly head and I'm really having trouble dealing.. it's effecting every aspect of my life. I'm not sure what I can do..

I know exactly how you feel I can remember depression all the way back to about 12 years old and anxiety showed up about 7 years ago also 25 well 26 tomorrow. If you ever want to talk feel free to message and remember we are stronger than this.
