It's the disease. Try to take you mind to a happy place or time. maybe listen to music. Do something you find pleasure in!!! I wish you the best!!! Love & Hugs!!! XXX
Hi Anzal, once we have experienced Panic/Anxiety attacks the fear can stay with us long after the symptoms are gone. The problem with that is producing a "fear of fear" cycle to begin which I believe is what you are experiencing. You may never have another panic attack but your memory will keep it alive enough that the adrenaline never has a chance to leave your body. It's like your body is on high alert, sending up a red flag consisting of nothing more than "what if" ??
Shaking hands, dry mouth ruminating negative thoughts swirling around in your mind are all a sign that your body is overstressed. Start looking into methods you can use to calm the Mind/Body. You Tube has many videos that can talk you through a short respite/escape. Bringing down your fears is important in blowing out the pilot light of fear.
A couple suggestions which may help on You Tube are the following
"Mindfulness-3Min Meditation" by The Honest Guys
"Sympathetic Breathing Meditation" by the Quiet Mind Cafe
You will find others that your mind will adapt to. Breathe and feel the peace and calm. xx
