Today is once again another day of feeling unreal/not myself. My friends keep teliing things i can do to ease my anxiety and stuff but thing is i think i have it stuck in my mind doing what ever will cure everything after a few times of doing it. And when my anxiety still hasnt calmed down at all, i flip out and thing why is it not working is it something more serious? Am i uncureable? Uts stressing me out

There’s no cure for anxiety it’s unfortunate but true but there are things we can do to get through you just have to find them. What is the cause of your anxiety?
So sorry you are struggling. It can be frustrating to find what works to calm us as we are each wired differently. Others' suggestions may work for them but not for you. Try to focus your environment when you are calm and notice what is helping you feel that way. Take note of it and try to use that when you feel anxious. Also try to note what may have triggered the anxiety. Understanding your version of anxiety can really help you work through it. Now, the really hard part - stopping the what if's. Those can really escalate anxiety. Perhaps try positive thoughts instead, "It's just an anxiety attack, it will pass." Find a focal point to concentrate on when anxious. It could help lower the anxiety as well. Hang in there, you'll find the right combination for your anxiety.
