It's clear that you need medical treatment. Have you been to a doctor about this?
It’s called agoraphobia. I was agoraphobic for fourteen years. You don’t have to suffer like I did. Their are so many resources available. With the internet doctors are able to reach you without you having to go to them. Please consider reaching out to a doctor that treats panic disorder/phobias.
