I have gone off of my meds in the past once I was feeling better. When depression returned, I would need to eventually get back on meds. I tried several months to manage without and it did not work for me. Now I think I probably need them the rest of my life. Everyone is different though.
I have been on & off them. Now I've been on them for the past 4 years!!! I wish for you peace!!! XXX
