Hi I've recently put up how iv e been feeling on this.. it really helps with all the support on this site.. lovely people.. Thank you all for your support hope everyone pills through there difficulties. It's after joining this site made me realise that soo many people suffer for depression and anxiety....

With my anxiety I suffer alot of physical pain which makes it worse.. recently my joints have been hurting esp my hands fingers and feet.. I've had all tests done which have been normal.. I've come to a point where I just don't know what to do know.. I have 3 lovely children and for there sake I want to feel 100% normal again...hate feeling this way I can't deal with the pain.. I need help.. some experience and advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you.😢
