Me too... I feel same... shocks me everytime someone "likes" me .. I'm reading an anxiety and phobia work book .. says I need to change my self talk and work on my self esteem .. I haven't totally got to those chapters yet .. Barnes and Noble has a section on anxiety and stuff. I have found it to be helpfull.. it helps knowing why u feel how you feel .
