God give me the patience to work through this hardship. It has been very tough and I’ve had lost hope is so many areas but you know in reality I’m crying out for help. Heal me, guide me towards the right path. Guide my brothers and sisters who are dealing with pain and suffering caused by mental illness. Give them strength, courage and most importantly hope in order to conquer their illness.

Goodnight you guys. My heart goes out to all of you.

Thank you, I can't tell you how much I need loving kindness today. Today has been really tough but it does help to know I am not alone and there are some incredible people in this community how hold my hand every day to get through. Thank you 🙏🏻xx

Just read your other post about crying, I've needed a really good cry today. I've had a great few days but I'll all weekend so feel very frustrated that I can't sustain my health for long. Sometimes good to just be able to let it out xx
