Start with a professional who understands mental health. Help is out there but sometimes we have to search which is so hard when you’re in pain. There’s a search engine on this site to find someone in your area.
Some of the professional I talk to had disorders,
they take up their course in order to understand their disorder and get through life.

Try to stay busy best you can and exercise also helps even if it's just a little.
