Hi everyone,

I am so happy to join the group.

I am from South Africa and I have been suffering from severe anxiety at some point it leads to suicidal thoughts.

I cant tell anyone how I am feeling because I feel like no one understands.

so I joined this group so that I can feel free and share my thoughts and feelings with everyone.

And I would also like to help others as well.
