Hi, Chase! Welcome. I just wanted to give you suggestions.
-Magnesium Calm drink is helpful for muscles to relax. Note that it will keep you regular.
-Asmr is great to keep you in a meditative state.
-Valerian Root is stinky supplement but it makes me drowsy .
-Deep breathing is helpful to calm you down.-
- I recommend CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy exercises to help you through negative thoughts.
- Sleep hygiene routines-
A weighted blanket for those seeking deep pressure
- not looking at computer devices an hour before sleep. I can't do this. I'm lonely. But I am sure it keeps you from being wired.

Ayala-kat has given some great tips there 😊 I too use ASmR for sleeping, also Jason Stephenson you tube sleep meditations are good.
