I just want to find solutions for my problems. I like to read whats going on around the world. And i just found out that i have problems with myself. I always nice with people and i just want them to be happy even if i am not. I cry almost everyday.

Fa98, being nice to others and wanting them to be happy is a beautiful part of who you are. However, there comes a time that you need to take care of you before you can give to others. Welcome to this support group. This is a safe place to talk with others who are going through issues as well. Something is making you cry. You are hurting emotionally and that needs to be addressed.
