Car ride to hell

I need some advice, I don't do well on car rides and this weekend we are attending a party 45 mins away and we are bringing someone with us. I had a panic attack with just my husband and daughter in the car last weekend. How will I be able to get through this with a car full of people?!

Or if you can get a portable DVD player and watch a favorite movie to distract you? Or download a movie on a tablet?

Ok. I don’t know if it helps but panic attacks have peaks and valleys. So if you can ride out the peak the valley isn’t bad.

It does help that's how it was last weekend I got through it made it all the way there driving but it was just my husband and daughter now it'll be another person in the car

Panic attacks only win if you avoid the situations in which they occur. Applaud yourself for fighting through it. Don’t worry about the other person. No one knows if you are having a panic attack. I think you will do great.
