Hello. Im Mary. Batteling depression and anxiety attacks. Last year diagnosed with auto immune diseases then stopped working and went down hill in a storm of depression and panick attacks. With anxiety creeping throughout the day. Its not knew to me i grew up with depression being a victim of sexual and physical abuse by both parents. Im now 49. Just want to be content in recovery. Thanks for allowing me to be here.
