I wasn't getting along with the lady below me but we ended up talking yesterday. We have sooo much in common. She even asked me to do water aerobics with her and some other gals. How nice!! Hope to remain friends and not enemies. Hoping for the best!

Its the legs that are bad. The pool would,help with that tho. I'm going to see what suits are out there. Gained the weight when I quit smoking for 6 months but now smoking again! Darn it!!

I do the same. It helps but this is my last crutch. I quit drugs and drinking 7 years ago on the 15 of May. Smoking is so tough to give,up. That's great your father quit. I was irritable to when I quit. Its terrible.
