amen to that my brotha.....I'm a women who broke many a glass ceiling in my working years....only 1 of 4 women in 80 years working in a power plant as an auxiliaries engineer...the guys at first closed every door on me they could to try and get me to quit. I had my own business for almost 30 years after my last boss told me I'd never be successful in that business because I was a women in a mans field...yeah...I was the only women on the job way back then...but I was the boss of my own business and when I showed up with my crew of guys....I earned their respect pretty quick cause I was one of the best at what I did, I had to be better than most or I would not have been taken seriously....so never take no for an answer when it comes to your goals in life ....you may have to change direction now and then...but just keep moving forward...the end result isn't as important as it is that you did it yourself.
