Good news!

So I think I may have figured out what helps cheer me up for the longest. When I just sing and play guitar for a while when I’m stressed, I feel a lot calmer after for like 1-2 hours maybe 3 if I’m rly lucky. This could rly work!😊

That is good. I love playing guitar (can't sing to save my life). I used to play in band and that really helped me get better. I had to overcome stage fright but the more we played out the less nervous I became.

Thats wassup! Im glad u found something u really love doing....im starting back up playing the piano it's not as hard as the guitar but I like the challenge! You should start uploading to YouTube that's what I plan on doing just to face my fear of other ppl looking me...have you ever recorded yourself playing?

I have recorded myself but I’m not allowed to upload to YouTube. Also I actually used to play piano, but I quit tho. The notes rly annoyed me.

Grab that guitar even when you don't feel like it and if you keep playing, soon your anxiety will lesson. It might not go away all together but it will become a little more manageable.

my mom at the time worked at a convention center in the late sixties....and she had to work at night if there was a show...it was just around the time of the Monterey festival that Jimi exploded on....so yeah....very cool time in my life.

I love that you were around back then! I enjoy hearing about your escapades. I miss those times. Filmore East and Central Park is were I hung out in NYC to see all kinds of acts. Great times!!

I saw Santana at The East.I was soo into what they were playing! That was a Great night!! I had a little help.... Also Big Brother, CCR, Joe Cotton and on and on!!☮

He was kind of a jerk on stage though, guess you can be when your that much of a perfectionist.. I was pretty close to the stage and he yelled at his bass player to get in tune or get off the 'f'in stage....Janis was amazing..raw energy...Jim was just drunk. Most that I saw though were true genius....man those were the daze...of purple haze.
