New Here

Not sure what to post but I guess I’ll start by saying hi everyone. I have been dealing with anxiety for about 4/5 years and in the last 8/9 months it had gotten increasingly worse. I try to talk to other people about it but I’m not sure they fully understand what I am going through. I recently started seeing a psychiatrist. I’ve only had one appointment so far and I don’t go again until a few weeks from now. So I can’t say what that experience is like as of now

First of all, from personal experience, going to a psychiatrist can make a huge difference with anxiety. I hope you get all the help you need and feel accepted in this community. There are so many great people on here that are willing to help and share their stories.
