So upset. I just want to scream with anger? Is something wrong with me. I jus wish I could control my feelings and not feel. Like be a robot or something and let people get to me.

Nothing is wrong with you quieturban, that some practice won't solve. You can learn to control your feelings and not let people get to you. Building your self esteem and confidence will be the foundation in standing up to others emotionally w/o saying a word. Believe in yourself and don't allow anyone to knock you down.

Becoming secure and confident in who you are is all important. Let their words and actions try to get to you. Think of yourself as having this protective wall around you. Start your deep breathing when you feel you can't control your feelings and want to scream in anger. You know that it will only hurt yourself. Don't let someone try to change who you are in order to become what they need. (and that's a punching bag)

You are better than that. Go into training by checking out YouTube...a couple of great videos that can help are : "How to Build Self Confidence" by Michelle Phan as well as "Love Yourself" ( a self confidence exercise) by The Honest Guys

Listen and practice what they tell you. You will become invincible to anyone who may try to hurt you. Good Luck and Breathe xx

I feel the same way all the time

It’s just I don’t have anyone that I trust to really talk to when these people do this to me. I only have you guys here which is who I turn to when this happens. I just feel like no one will understand me so I let people out.
