Acceptance is the key. His stress is his, and your stress is yours. The worst thing for all involved is trying to handle the stress of others.
Take care of yourself and let the rest fall into place.
Make the extra effort to relax as best you can. Drink a hot cup of chamomile tea. It really helps. Also, you would want to check with your doctor first concerning your pregnancy, but they have lots of natural anti-stress supplements. I take magnesium citrate and valerian root, they both help a lot.
Just try to remain positive, even if its hard. Negative emotions can further increase our stress.
