I'm new here and i just want to talk to someone about how im close to falling back into my old way of depression and my addiction to sleeping pills, i have no one to talk too and i just need to know how to better myself

i myself can relate to you with depression. as for the addiction, all i can say is that you should tell a doctor/expert about this! they will be able to help you.
