Why not join a gym or just walk ? You might even meet fellow walkers.
I started walking for one hour everyday, even in the rain. Hey it’s free and it works. Just do it don’t let yourself get the best of you. I tell myself the whole way how much I appreciate the time I’m taking to do something great for my health.
Walking is a great start. I feel a lot of calm when I'm outdoors. I listen to music while I walk/jog. Brisk walking will help anxiety and depression. I feel so much better when I get my body moving.
