Everyone, I took the time to exercise and clean today. I haven’t felt this happy with myself in a long time. I hope I can keep this positivity going in my life!

Don't exercise much due to back issues but when I clean I feel very productive and not so depressed. Great empowerment for the rest of us friend!

well done cleaning isn't just a bit of housework but also exercise as you say and a little sense of achievement so well done.
