i'm new here hey my anxiety adding up again and i just feel hated by everyone around me i need something to help me any advice?

I thought that I am done feeling hated from the people around me didn’t feel that much anxiety for a long time like 3 years so why now? It’s a hard thing to discuss can’t even talk

I think anxiety is like that it can come and go and often depends what's happening if your life at the time. How did you deal with it before? Maybe you need to talk to a Dr about how you are feeling. Best wishes to you
