I don’t know that I am.

That’s a major part of my changed life. I do things for me, and if others benefit it is a bonus. I control myself, I don’t rely on others for my contentment.

Everyone benefits from my new way of thinking and acting. It really comes down to the paradox of selfish and selfless. The concept of putting on my own oxygen mask before helping others.

I’ll expand on this in the near future.
