It's not that late yet, so don't panic. Try drinking some warm milk or tea and watch TV for awhile until you get sleepy.
chamomile tea....no caffeine after noon...cut back on chocolate and sweets after certain time...try not eating meals too late...don't watch anything on tv or laptop that is too exciting...could keep you up thinking....listen to recording of rain, waves, just soothing music...breath...
This used to happen to me. I would stay up too late, stay up too late, and then my whole schedule was out of whack. I couldn't wake up for classes/work, and then I wasn't sleepy when bedtime arrived.
It won't work if you do it often, but you can sort of reset your clock a bit if you take a benadryl and turn off all technology and lights and literally put yourself to bed. Then you will wake up early the next day. It will help you get on a better schedule.
