Does anyone else have trouble focusing their eyes (and your mind) when you are having a panic attack or high anxiety? I notice it happening right before I have a panic attack.

Yes!!! That is what happens to me! That happens right before it starts!
Yes, I was in the shop today and feeling panic and could hardly focus on the labels on the food...feels so weird...
