Anxiety/ stress causing eczema causing depression

I’ve been doing pretty well the past two or three months. However, I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and it’s caused my eczema on my face to flare up and that it causing more anxiety as well as depression.

Anyone else have this problem and how do you help relieve the problem?
