Newbie suffering from depression

Hello. This is my first time doing anything like this. I realized I need help. I'm struggling with anxiety and depression. Maybe talking or learning more coping mechanism will help me.. I sure hope so. I want to live a happy life.

Welcome... You are certainly not alone. I also am fairly new. I have been living this nightmare for far too many years. I am amazed that I am not in a small percentage of the population. I think that being on this forum is really a great idea. Being able to vent, discuss, talk about what is going on, sounds like a good release from stress (or at least not feeling so isolated!) Be strong, know that you are not alone.
