I hate feeling like the world and people aren’t real. Like I’m watching a movie. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, I have. It can result from lack of sleep, side effects from meds, and as a symptom of anxiety and/or depression. Are you under any kind of medical treatment?

Yes, it happens to me sometimes. In a way it calms me feeling nothing is real.

Hello, I am coming out of a long severe depression/anxiety . etc., I had the feeling that life and things were not real, it was weird and I hated it. My Psych. said it was from the depression. We are now trying some different meds and they seem to be working, I am feeling more and more like my old self.
