Bad anxiety

Anxiety is taking over my life

Started taking Citalopram 20 mg and 300 mg of Gabapentin every 8 hours for almost a month now waking up every morning feeling very nervous and it last most of the day, someone please pray for me, having a hard time 😞

Are you sleeping OK? Anxiety made it very difficult for me.

I get about 6 hours of sleep, but by around 5 or 6 am my nervousness start and I can't go back to sleep 😞

I will pray for you. I had the same anxiety. Waking up early in the morning feeling horrible. I had difficulty getting ready for work. I was pacing in my house. The anxiety was just so bad throughout the day. My psychiatrist adjusted my medication. Then I started to feel better. Susan I will pray for you. You are not alone.
