I’ve been coping with anxiety by keeping myself busy. I just started a painting class and got a gym membership. The painting class is far from the city so that I can enjoy nature and peace on my ride and hike there. The gym is a block from my home so that whenever I feel I need a quick release, I can just go. It’s been great this first week. My anxiety was greatly reduced Monday and today I feel empowered after an intense personal training session. I’m off to work with a more positive outlook towards myself and my world. Now to keep the momentum.😊🧘🏽♀️🏋🏽♀️🤸🏾♀️🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🧗🏽♀️

That is great to hear. You have addressed your anxiety with positive and healthy solutions. I'm at good with suggesting such things but sometimes have a hard time getting myself doing such things. It is small steps but they are in the right direction and you have felt improvement. Keep with it.
I picked up my daughter from a girl scout meeting tonight and ended up playing 4 square with them (kind of like doubles tennis with a ball but with no net). We ended up playing for an hour and a half. It was great in that it was exercise but it also gave me a mental vacation because I was out of my usual depressive thoughts.
