kind of I shut down mode

cannot seem to get out of bed, cannot take a shower or even brush my teeth, having a hard time even making this post... thank u though for previous responses which were very postive

Some days can be way tougher than others and right now sounds like a real struggle. I truly hope that you can keep posting and share how you are feeling, we are here for you X

Sorry for what you are experiencing. I can relate and have similar days (have had many in the last months). Today I felt the same and didn't make it out of bed until the afternoon. I wish I could offer some helpful strategies. Today I got up because I was just frustrated with how I was feeling and I was hungry. I don't have a particular strategy for every day. Every day is a struggle. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone and I can also benefit from positive feedback and suggestions. Thank you for sharing what you're going through.

HAD A BAD FEW DAYS,GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE I GET UP LATER,ITS OFTEN AS I NO LONGER HAVE A STRATEGY FOR DAY,WHERE THINGS HAVE NOT WORKED OUT,GLAD YOU ARE STILL TUNING IN,EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT UP?YOUR MIND IS ACTIVE, THOUGHT OF READING, WORD PUZZLES,EVEN DAY-TIME TV ? I KNEW YOU WOULD GET OTHER SUPPORT, NOW YOU HAVE SEVERAL 'FELLOW SUFFERERS !!
