Belly breathing. Stretching out your hands. Pray and/or meditate on God's work. I sing in the choise at church. I stsrted having panic in tje middle of it. I turned to the ladies around me and told them. I know they immediately prayed for me. Just that alone made me feel safe. I was still having anxiety but was not afraid. Funny huh. I do take medication which does a pretty good job. But know and then I need a little help from my friends.

Belly beathing is different than just deep breathing. As you breath in you let your belly relax and pouch out. This lets air get into the bottom of your lungs. Then when you out breath out pull your stomach in pushing the air out of the bottom of yojr lungs. Breathe slowly just a few times.

It takes practice so give it some time. I am starting to do it more automatically
