Why won't my head shut off, why won't the bad thoughts go away. I was happy and the next moment I want to die.

do you take any meds or see a doctor or therapist, if your in crisis, please get some help from your doctor to help with that. I'm sorry your going through that, I understand the head and mood swings, it's hell. I'm glad your here sharing, it does help.

I Don't have INS and no doctor ,I don't do pills, I hit life head on and deal with my problems like everyone else, lots of alcohol, just kidding, I have friends like you guys that help me through

YEA, that's the way im looking at it.

One problem at a time and maybe this weight will be lifted off of me but some days are just bad.

Hi there! I'm kacey and I have dealt with the same thing for years So boy do I know how your feeling!! Message me anytime cause I know those feelings. I've gotten about 4 hours sleep in 2 days. Wishing my mind would shut off too! Ugh
