The spot of light

Just wanted to give some insight. I deal with all anxiety, panic, social, and general. I had not been feeling well for 2 days because it got to be bad to the point where I couldn't eat. I didn't want to go anywhere or do anything. My husband is extremely supportive of my situation and has helped me imensly. So I thought I'd give you all a ray of hope. He tells me that it's mind over matter and that with time it will all get better. Anytime I have bad days like these I give up hope. When people say to face your fear and you think it's impossible it isn't. I didn't want to go anywhere because I was anxious but I made myself and I was anxious and having all the symptoms that go with it but I went to the store had to wait in line and over came that fear and felt amazing that I got through it. The more anxious you are when you come to face these situations the stronger you become to overcoming it. I truly believe we can all get through hard times with any anxiety. And I know it's cliche but eating healthier and exercising truly do help. I knew if I ate I would feel a little better but I was honestly afraid. I faced that fear today and feel great. Just the fresh air alone felt great. I hope this was worth the long read and I hope it may help you.

Oh yes! I completely agree with you and am happy for you as you have accomplished. We face the fear and move a step forward. And take care of ourselves the best we can whether it’s out into nature, a healthy meal, a run or yoga...I have triumphed and felt I took steps back but I also move forward afterwards not giving up.

Yes. It's hard to see the end of the tunnel when you're ransacked by anxiety and not feeling well because of it which is a vicious cycle. But once you just face the fears and see there is no danger it does feel great

It does feel great; very empowering to get through it but it’s such a practice for me right now, I still have a ways to go to be where I want to be. Thank you for sharing!
