I decided not to get any meds for anxiety or depression until I get on medicare. The only meds I want is for my headache. I can not get health insurance.

It gets really expensive. I bought some pills called CALM NOW online and I do think they do relax me a little. Also chamomile tea. There is another one called Well Mind and you just put them under your tongue. They also help some. They are natural.

In the meantime, try to stay active and exercise if you can.. maybe you may not need the other pills after all

Hello, I’m doing this with no meds also. Can’t get health insurance either.

I did purchase some kratom which seems to work better for me than anything my dr ever prescribed.
