Hi, You should see your doctor for a complete exam. If he finds you to be ok then your problem is probably stirred up by anxiety that you are going to have a heart attack. It’s a vicious cycle. Your doc will probably tell you that you cannot die from anxiety so you should not give undo importance to your heart beats

By the way I should add that caffeine can cause fast heart rates.
