Today I’ve felt so anxious and tired. I had no energy whatsoever even tho I slept well. I thought I slept well at least but throughout the day I was almost falling asleep. I felt anxious for no reason and I had a big breakfast but after that I had no appetite so I ate soup and fruit for lunch. Now my stomach is very messed up and I can’t figure out if it’s nausea or gas paired with a headache. I feel absolutely disgusting and I have family members coming over and have to be normal. I don’t need to use the bathroom but my stomach keeps making noises so idk what to do.

Are you nervous about something that could be upsetting your stomach? That happens to me sometimes. Maybe try to meditate or just relax with breathing exercises?
