Hi, everyone, I'm new here in this community. My name is Karem, I'm 26 and I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for over 10 years now. In account of that, I have good days, bad days and utterly horrible days, and I wanted to join a community that knows about this kind of thing and that can help me through those tough times as well as me sharing what I've learned through my process in the hopes of helping someone else who's going through something similar.
