Anyone else feel like they’re in a funk when they miss one day of their meds? I forgot mine tho morning and have felt like I did before I was hospitalized. I thought it was impossible for you to feel effects that fast.

When I have forgotten to take my meds in the morning, very soon that day I feel like I'm coming down with the flu, before I remember that I forgot to take them.
It probably depends on the meds, but it's a good reason to remember to take them. It's also a good idea to take them the same time every day.
