I would suggest some tips to try out:

1. Don't fight the feeling. Accept it. The more you fight your anxiety, the more you would get entangled in it.

2. Don't google or browse your symptoms over the internet. It maybe a small thing and the internet would only make it worse.

3. Exercise daily for atleast 45 minutes a day. Only light to moderate exercises are recommended. Don't go for intense exercises.

4. Listen to soothing music and sounds. It will help you to take your mind off stressful things.

5. Don't sit at one place for too long. Make sure that you go outside for a short and nice stroll, once in a while.

These are only baby steps towards a better life. Please let me know how it goes for you. All the best.

I love art. Art is my favorite pastime. I think art is a great way to encourage tranquil.

But of course there are many other things to do that you enjoy.

Also, journaling. When we feel uneasy or sad sometimes we feel confused so by writing it down it can help us put things into perspective. It helps too when meeting with a counselor because when things are feeling alright we can forget to tell them exactly how we felt when we were going through.
